Finding a job while studying in Poland

WareHire helps students explore warehouse and shift vacancies in Warsaw, Łódź and surrounding locations. The right role depends on your timetable, travel time and the employer’s requirements.

Compare work with your class schedule

Part-time does not always mean flexible hours. Read the actual days and shift times, including night shifts, and check transport both to and from work. Ask whether hours can fit your classes and exams before accepting a role.

Understand the advertised pay

Check whether pay is gross or net, hourly or monthly. Some adverts list a separate student rate; ask the recruiter which conditions and documents apply to that specific offer. Compare the base rate separately from bonuses and overtime estimates.

Language and experience requirements

Some vacancies state that no experience or Polish language skills are required. This applies only where the individual listing says so. For other vacancies, confirm the required language level and training with the recruiter.

Before applying

Read the job description and eligibility requirements. WareHire does not determine your legal right to work from student status alone. Ask the recruiter to confirm the documents needed for the vacancy.

You can submit your contact details and availability without creating a candidate account or uploading a CV.

Current vacancies to explore

These are active vacancies, not a guarantee of suitability or acceptance. Read each role’s requirements and ask the recruiter about your availability.
