Job description

PARCEL WAREHOUSE JOB — STRYKÓW Official employment under an Umowa o pracę contract, with free transportation. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Sort parcels. • Load and unload pallets. • Handle parcels of different sizes and weights. The role involves physical work. No previous experience is required. SALARY AND SUPPLEMENTS Base salary: 4,377.63 PLN gross/month, based on 7 hours per day and 5 days per week. • Night-hour supplement: +20%. • Overtime supplements: +50% / +100%, according to the applicable arrangements. • Bonus: 450–500 PLN gross/month until 23 December 2026. Advertised average earnings: 4,000–5,500 PLN net/month, depending on the chosen shift and overtime hours. This is an estimate supplied with the vacancy, not guaranteed base pay; confirm your pay calculation and bonus conditions with the recruiter. AVAILABLE SHIFTS • 13:00–20:00. • 19:00–02:00 the following morning. • 21:00–04:00 the following morning. 5 working days per week. Weekends are free; the listed overnight shifts finish the following morning. Confirm the exact weekly roster with the recruiter. Overtime may be available depending on the workload. FREE TRANSPORT PICKUP POINTS • Kutno: ul. 29 Listopada, near the Registry Office. • Łęczyca: bus stop near the courthouse. • Ozorków. • Łódź: Manufaktura, Zachodnia–Lutomierska. • Zgierz: McDonald’s. FORKLIFT OPERATOR OPPORTUNITY The supplied offer mentions a possible forklift role for holders of a Polish category B driving licence, if the warehouse needs an operator and the supervisor approves.
